Mr. Nikhil Singh is a well-experienced Advocate associated with SK Legal Law Firm, with several years of active legal practice across criminal, civil, commercial, and regulatory matters. He is known for his diligent preparation, strong courtroom presence, and practical approach to dispute resolution.
In his criminal law practice, Mr. Singh has handled numerous criminal cases, including conducting trials, bail applications, and anticipatory bail applications, representing clients at various stages of criminal proceedings. His work involves matters affecting personal liberty, property, and other penal offences.
On the civil side, he has extensive experience in conducting civil trials and handling disputes relating to the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), MOFA, land and property laws, society redevelopment, matters under the BMC Act, commercial suits, consumer disputes, and tenancy matters before the Small Causes Court. He has also worked on election petitions and writ petitions involving constitutional and administrative law issues.
Mr. Singh has represented clients before various trial courts, tribunals, and forums, including the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
In addition, he has handled matters relating to NBFCs, banking and finance, Negotiable Instruments Act, proceedings before the NCLT, Co-operative Courts, Family Courts, MRT, and other statutory tribunals.
